# Bothell STEM Coach > Online AP Physics and AP Calculus coaching that takes students from nervous to a 4 or 5 — live small-group classes and personalized, school-paced programs with unlimited question support, instant-feedback practice, and video solutions. AP Physics 1 is taught as a live small-group class; AP Physics 2, AP Physics C, and AP Calculus are personalized programs built around each student's school schedule; AP Calculus also runs a weekly live practice session. Broader School Support covers many high school and college math, physics, and engineering subjects. Help with a student's own school work comes three ways, chosen by how fast they need an answer: an instant AI breakdown that applies the program's own problem-solving steps to their problem, a personalized instructor video returned within 12 hours (usually 2–3), or live office hours. There is no attendance requirement and no required homework: 15+ hours are available each week, everything is recorded, and students take what fits their schedule, including attending the same teaching lesson more than once. Enrollment is rolling — a student can start any time of year. Enrollment is by phone only: there is no self-serve sign-up form on the site and no public enrollment link. Every family starts with a short fit call with Allen, who decides with them whether the program is right for the student. For AP Physics 2, AP Physics C and AP Calculus, he enrolls them from that call if it is a fit. For AP Physics 1 it takes two calls: the first has no offer in it at all and exists only to work out whether the program can genuinely help, and a second call goes through the plan and enrolls the student if the family wants to proceed. This is deliberate — every program is backed by a two-week full refund, which we can only stand behind if the student was the right fit to begin with, so the program is not sold to a student it will not work for. Only the first 30 days are publicly priced. AP Physics 1 (School Year Program): $500 at enrollment buys 30 days of full program access, everything included. AP Physics 2, AP Physics C, and AP Calculus: $500 at enrollment for the first 30 days. What happens after the 30 days, including what it costs to continue through the AP exam, is not published — Allen goes over it with the family on a call, and enrollment is by call only. It is not a subscription and nothing is ever charged automatically: at the end of the 30 days Bothell STEM Coach emails the family to ask whether they want to continue, and nothing further is charged unless the family chooses to. The first two weeks are fully refundable with no fees held back; after day 14 the 30 days are not refundable and there are no partial refunds, but nothing further is ever charged without the family's go-ahead. Every program runs from the day you enroll through the AP exam in May and includes everything — there are no tiers and nothing to upgrade. Every enrollment carries a two-week improvement guarantee: if the student isn't moving within the first two weeks, the $500 is refunded in full, with no fees held back. Enrolling earlier does not get a family a better deal; it buys more program before the exam, and leaves less material for the student to close on their own.
