Three steps, and you know where you stand at the end of them.
Two things worth doing before you book. Be specific on the biggest-problem question — “physics is hard” gives us nothing to work with, but “they understand it in class and then blank on the test” tells us exactly what we’re solving.
And ask your teen whether they want this problem solved too. A student who wants help moves fast. A student who got signed up against their will burns your money and everyone’s time. If you don’t know the answer, go and ask them before you pick a time.

You’d only ever sign up for this if you’re 100% confident it will work for your teen. But I’d rather you saw the number here than heard it for the first time on a call.
You have two weeks to get every dollar back. We don't ask you to wait and hope — inside those first two weeks your teen gets their plan, sits in real teaching lessons, and gets real feedback on their own work. You’ll get a text and an email. Your Google Meet link is in the email. Reply to either one to confirm the time. The next page has a video on it, about ten minutes. Watch that one with your teen before we talk.
It covers how the program works, start to finish, so the call doesn’t start from zero. The 30 minutes go to your teen: what’s going wrong in AP Physics 1, what they’re actually dealing with, the specifics of your situation. And then we show you exactly how the program solves that one big problem.
The four things parents ask us most at this point.
The whole program is online, and we work with AP Physics 1 families nationwide. Live sessions run at several times across the week and some run later specifically for East Coast families, and every time on the site is shown in your own time zone.
It also doesn’t matter whether your teen’s own class is in person, online, or homeschool. Everything we run is organised by topic rather than by week, so they work on whatever their class is on right now.
On the consultation, quite involved. You’re the one deciding, so you should be on it. Ideally your teen is too, and since it’s a Google Meet they can join from their own device. If their schedule doesn’t allow it, come anyway.
After that, much less. Your teen works with us directly and a success coach tracks whether the plan is actually happening, so you’re not the one chasing them. What we do ask is that your teen is genuinely on board before you book — that matters more than anything you do afterwards.
We tell you, on the call, and point you toward what would help instead. That happens, and it’s fine. A student who isn’t a fit doesn’t get results here, and we’d rather say so than take your money.
It’s also why the bar for starting is 100% confident rather than “willing to try”. If you’re not certain, you don’t start, and nothing is charged.
Straight away. Enrollment is rolling, and if you start on the call your teen gets immediate access, onboarding emails to get oriented and join the community, and their own Student Success Coach (a different person from the one on your call) reaches out within 24 hours to build the study plan: which units, at what pace.
Worth knowing: we finish all the AP Physics 1 content in March and the spring is exam prep. If you’re finding us in April, it’s genuinely too late, and we’d rather tell you that than take your money.
