  2. Your student signs in with the Student Email you entered. The plan is already on their account.

The terms, plainly. Each plan is one payment, not a subscription, and lasts through your student's May AP exam window (access ends May 31). Plans are not refundable.

Questions before you buy

Whose email goes where?

Put your own name, email and phone in the parent fields; that's where the receipt goes. Put your student's name and their own email in the student fields. The plan goes on the Student Email's account, and that's the email they sign in to the Study Portal with.

Is it a subscription?

No. It's one payment, and nothing renews. Access lasts through the May AP exam window (it ends May 31).

Can we get a refund?

Plans aren't refundable. If your student turns out to need more support, within 30 days everything you paid counts toward the next level, so you only pay the difference.

Is the AI feedback any good?

It isn't a general-purpose chatbot. Allen trained it on hundreds of hours of his teaching material and the problem-solving strategies he teaches for every unit, so it looks at how your student set up and attacked the problem, not just whether the final number matched.
